Twisty Kids stick to any smooth surface including paper, plastic, glass, whiteboards, fridges, windows, and more. They work best on clean, dry, non-porous surfaces.

Twisty Kids are made from organic hand-knitting yarn enhanced with natural food-grade beeswax. That's it! The touch of wax is what allows them to stick.

Twisty Kids are designed for ages 3+, but they grow with your child! Older children and adults love using them for detailed art projects, fidgeting, and creative expression. There's no upper age limit for creativity!

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and vary by destination.

We want you to love your Twisty Kids products! You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Email us at hello@twistykids.com to start your return. Once we approve your request, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first—we won't be able to accept them.

We cannot accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Personal care or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
Opened wet bags (for hygiene reasons)

We recommend returning your original item for a refund, then placing a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures you get your new product faster!

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at hello@twistykids.com.

Please contact us at hello@twistykids.com right away with photos of the damaged item. We'll help you arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes! If you're in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason. The same condition requirements apply (items must be unused and in original packaging).
